The story: It began as a rebirth, with colour spilling into the world with the hopeful rush of new beginnings. A hummingbird arrived like a lucky promise, tiny and radiant, carrying the beauty of what could be. Then, with one foul swoop of wind, everything once imagined was tossed upside down, and the sweetness of it all felt suddenly fragile. Yet in the upheaval, the truth emerged: beauty doesn’t exist without the dark, it’s the contrast that makes the light shimmer, and the wings keep beating anyway.
