What it is:

A thick, soothing balm formulated with carefully curated plant-based ingredients including menthol, castor seed oil, and eucalyptus, delivering a fast cooling sensation while helping temporarily ease minor aches and pains of muscles and joints.

Perfect after workouts, recovery days, or whenever the body needs a little extra care.

Directions: 

Massage a small amount into muscles or joints as needed. Avoid contact with face, eyes, and mouth, and wash hands thoroughly after use.

Our products are Certified All Natural by CertClean and handmade in small batches in Ontario so they’re as fresh as possible when purchased and ready to be used and enjoyed by you. Our products have a shelf life of 12-18 months. Each item has a best before stamp that shows the  MM/YYYY of when it expires so you know when to use it by. You’ll also find a batch # for each product should you have any questions for our Birch Babe studio.
